The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location was convenient for parking, made our stay even better. we had a pleasant experience.

Although there were a few minor issues with the hotel, such as the small sink in the bathroom and the lack of towels for the floor, they didn't overshadow our overall positive experience. the lack of clarity regarding key return and the discomfort caused by the judgmental demeanor of one staff member were a slight drawback.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and offered great value for money. I appreciated the convenience of having ample powerpoints, as well as the tea, coffee, kettle, and fridge provided. the location was ideal, being close to the train station and a shopping center. The hotel staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to Westpoint, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. the friendly staff and excellent food at the Tavern were definite highlights of my stay.

There were occasional noise disturbances from a water pipe banging, interrupting sleep at times.

The room was clean and well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, just around the corner from a large shopping center. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

The main issue we had was with the noise. Our room was located right next to where the band was playing at the tavern, and they kept the doors open all night, causing a lot of noise disturbance.

Convenient location, close to transportation. Sizeable parking area. Comfortable and spacious bed. Efficient heater. Good food options, disabled facilities, helpful staff. Multiple rooms and seating areas, games room for teenagers and kids. Large indoor and outdoor sports screens. Friendly locals, private pokies area, bottle-o available. Great for a comfortable overnight stay with lovely staff.
